Because our product is baked to order, perishable, and decorated, our refund policy is as follows:
If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both.
If you try one of our products and don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.
Regarding cupcake orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup time. With proper notice, the refund will be issued back to the form of payment or to a gift card.
Regarding cake orders, cancellations and/or changes for decorated cake, they must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pick up time.
Cake cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before pickup time to receive store credit. Your store credit expires one year from the date of issue. No cash refunds.
If you cancel your cake order at least 72 hours before pickup time, you may receive a full refund in the form of original payment. However, if we have already made decorations for your cake, you may still be liable to pay for those items if they are custom, i.e. edible images or custom fondant pieces.
No refund will ever be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
